About the light beams; the hazer gives the atmosphere, and the crisp, defined light beams are from a moving light spot, that can be focused down to a hard edge.

Btw, besides the hazer, what’s the secret to making those front facing lights look so dramatically separated in their beams?

The cyc is front projection, and it appeared to simply be fabric on a curved pipe, hanging to the i-beams in the ceiling. Pretty straight forward.

Now, about the lower-end single-chip DLPs; I never recommend them myself.

These look great. I have a couple of questions. Are the projectors running rear screen, and how did they fly the cyc in a curve like that.

Thanks for mentioning the use of “lower end” projectors. They looked great, and it gives those of us in a smaller situation inspiration.
