humbled. again.
1 Comment Published by Camron Ware - Visual Worshiper March 25th, 2009 in Visual WorshipI was humbled tonight while VJ-ing and running lights for a youth event at a local church.
Without going into the technical details; let’s just say that shortly after walking in and exploring what I had to work with, I felt unable to create a “powerful and dynamic worship environment” due to the lack of gear in this worship space. (Or, that some gear was not working properly.)
I was frustrated, annoyed, and thought that “if only THIS or THAT were working, it would be PERFECT.”
How amazed I was when the kids at the worship night didn’t even notice, or care…they were all about worshiping.
It was incredible it was to be a part of a group of believers who didn’t care that all the technology wasn’t right, or that some of it wasn’t even working. They……we……realized we didn’t it need it.
Thanks God.
